Return Policy
Returns are allowed within 30 days for all items, excepting custom orders which include personalization. The sales amount of the returned items shall be refunded in full upon receipt and inspection, however return shipping costs shall NOT be included. The returned items must be shipped in the same manner as originally shipped to you, with adequate packing material to prevent breakage during return shipping. If breakage occurs during return shipping it will be your responsibility to file a claim with the shipping company to obtain compensation... so please package the items carefully and purchase shipping insurance if over $100 in value. Before returning the items please use the Feedback link below to email us or call 1-866-417-7675 so that we understand your reason for returning the items and can arrange for a quick refund once the the return shipment arrives and is inspected.

Typographical Errors
In the event that a Woodeye Studios product is mistakenly listed at an incorrect price, Woodeye Studios reserves the right to refuse or cancel any orders placed for product listed at the incorrect price. Woodeye Studios reserves the right to refuse or cancel any such orders whether or not the order has been confirmed and your credit card charged. If your credit card has already been charged for the purchase and your order is cancelled, Woodeye Studios shall issue a credit to your credit card account in the amount of the incorrect price.
Term; Termination
These terms and conditions are applicable to you upon your accessing the site and/or completing the registration or shopping process. These terms and conditions, or any part of them, may be terminated by Woodeye Studios without notice at any time, for any reason. The provisions relating to Copyrights, Trademark, Disclaimer, Limitation of Liability, Indemnification and Miscellaneous, shall survive any termination.
